: A classic Iranian dish featuring perfectly grilled skewers of seasoned ground lamb or beef (Kubideh) or chunks of marinated meat (Barg), served with saffron-infused basmati rice, grilled tomatoes, and a side of fresh herbs.
Ingredients
: Ground lamb or beef, onions, saffron, basmati rice, tomatoes, sumac.
Serving Suggestion
: Garnish with butter and a raw egg yolk on top of the rice, along with fresh herbs (sabzi kh or dan).
